Hello!

My name is Dana, and I’ve learned something about brain fitness that I want to share with you.

Throughout the years, I have watched my family and friends grow older, and have seen how some, more than others, struggled with concentration, memory, and forgetfulness. I wondered if there was something I could do now for myself that would help prevent something similar happening to me.

For over 30 years, I have passionately and earnestly studied the science behind cognition and brain fitness. Neuroscientists and cognitive scientists alike have consistently agreed that “the brain needs regular exercise, and it is never too late or too early to start.” Remember, brain fitness is a state of mind.

Through my understanding of cognition and the importance of brain fitness, I have patiently and strategically designed a comprehensive program for keeping our brains actively engaged, stimulated and sharp.   

The Menté Brain Fitness Program™ intentionally connects cognitive skills with a variety of intellectually stimulating, challenging, and educational brain fitness exercises. This program’s primary purpose is to deliberately maintain and sharpen cognitive skills. Professor Shlomo Breznitz, a renowned psychologist, recently stated that “engaging our brains protect our minds; challenging the brain helps maintain cognitive vigor; and maintaining our cognitive health maintains our quality of life.
